Product Introduction:

From the perspective of manufacturing technology, it first uses organic silicone double-layer coating technology to achieve a fiber diameter of 245 μ m. Afterwards, a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene sleeve with an outer diameter of 700-900 is tightly wrapped around the silicone coating μ M. The curing process of silicone coating mainly includes two methods: thermal curing and UV curing (UVS). The UV curing process has higher production efficiency and stronger process connectivity.

The process of organic silicone coated optical fiber is similar to that of acrylic resin optical fiber, with the difference being the use of Wet Dry coating method: first, the optical rod is heated and melted using a graphite drawing furnace for drawing, and then UV cured. After the fiber optic cable is collected, it needs to be placed in a constant temperature heating box at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes to process. Then, using a tight fitting device, an additional layer of polytetrafluoroethylene coating is coated on the outer layer of the fiber optic cable.
